Hotel Cruise - Montano Lucino

Very comfortable hotel service excellent. Quality interior and everything worked. Good breakfast and choice of coffee. Plenty of shops walking distance.

Need a car a few km out of town.

Bad pillow

We have stayed 4 times and always been impressed with very ample sized bedroom, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Location good for us just off the motorway.

We have had 3 rooms on 4 stays and the shower leaks in every room causing bath mat to be soaking wet for the second shower! We find the restaurant expensive for the food served. My meat kebabs were bacon and frankfurters with some other tasteless meat much the same as the included breakfast which was much nicer.

Modern hotel if a little souless. Clean, well maintained and plenty of parking, Close to major road network so ideal if you are just passing through with no interest in visiting Lake Como.

On an industrial estate so lacking character. Also a lack of Wifi (even for a connection payment) is completely unforgivable in a large modern hotel.

The location was excellent, in the center and the interior design was nice.

Great place for the night break!

Peaceful and good location on a commercial centre which is handy, exceeded all expectations. We booked executive triple room with a huge bathroom and enjoyed it. The staff were amicable and cooperative all the time.

The room was very nice, big, and clean. The bed was super comfy, and the spacious bathroom was a great plus. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast had lots of options and was nicely refilled. The big parking area was perfect for traveling to como.

We like almost everything. Front desk staff was very friendly, cooperative, helpful and very welcoming. They assisted in providing maps, electrical adaptors, extra electric fan; making telephone calls for information, checking the internet for more information. Happy, blithe and well dressed. Breakfast staff was wonderful and very inviting, courteous and even took the liberty to say good bye the day of our departure. Hotel surroundings garden and outside patio are very relaxing with lots of space for parking. Close to a large local hospital...just in case. Clean hotel with large rooms and even enjoyed a walk-in closet for our clothes. Response immediately to any request needed in the room. Enjoys excellent team work.

May be if I say I will always stay in the same hotel whenever I wanted to be in the same area, this might explain a lot.

A modern contemporary hotel that is as suitable to business travellers as it is as a convenient and comfortable weekend break location with easy access into Como and surrounding countryside with the added benefit of easy access to arterial roads.

perfect location at the highway, in case you want to do a intermediate stop while traveling to your final holiday location. Rooms are clean, breakfast buffet is good: ham, eggs, marmelade, fruits ....

bathroom needs to be renovated, water pouring out of the shower cabin ... ( no issue while staying only for one night)

Very big room for us, we are a family with 3 kids. Beautiful room, huge beds, perfect facilities. We stayed for 1 night, on our trip to Italy.

The room was super spacious and surprisingly quiet, making it a nice retreat after a long drive. We enjoyed the relaxing outdoor areas and the peaceful garden, perfect for unwinding. Just a heads up, there were some minor issues with the bathroom drainage, but overall it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

The restaurant staff were very well trained, but the food in the restaurant was not up to the same standard.
